HHELC OV4 (The OV4 is a form we ask parents/carers to complete at the point at which their child/young person is admitted to HHELC. Written parental consent will not be requested for the majority of off-site activities offered by HHELC beyond this point e.g. visits to local amenities as activities of this kind are part of the school’s curriculum and usually take place during the normal school day. However our staff will continue to send information to parents/carers about each trip or activity before it takes place.)
